Topical areas have included the issue of co-operation and relationships between the industry and the health care sector, including everything from research and clinical trials to sponsoring and other benefits, the establishment of guidelines, marketing and handling of information, etc.

Another area of focus is the subsidy of pharmaceuticals and exchangeability issues, where we have extensive specialist competence regarding planning and preparation of applications to The Dental and Pharmaceutical Benefits Agency as well as appeals of The Dental and Pharmaceutical Benefits Agency’s decisions to courts of law.

A third area is the protection against unfair competition from generic products.
