SOFF Advisors
Mannheimer Swartling is a strategic partner to SOFF, the Swedish Security and Defence Industry Association. In this capacity, we participate in key working groups alongside industry general counsels, engage with government and regulators, and contribute to consultation responses on proposed legislation. This position gives us unique insight into how legal and regulatory challenges are interpreted and addressed by the industry’s key stakeholders – from procurement and cybersecurity to sanctions, export control, foreign direct investment and the Swedish Protective Security Act.
