Lucas Jonsson

Lucas Jonsson is a partner at Mannheimer Swartling and a member of the firm's practice groups for Mergers and Acquisitions and Corporate Sustainability and Risk Management. He is resident in Shanghai and head of the firm's China practice and has previously been based in Sweden and in New York. He has an extensive experience of international assignments and relations, especially within M&A, corporate commercial and cross-border investments in a wide diversity of sectors. Furthermore, he regularly advices clients within risk/crisis management and leads investigations related to business ethics and compliance in a broad spectrum, including such initiated by whistleblowing reports. Lucas Jonsson has a broad and extensive knowledge of the business climate and legal environment in China, e.g. relating to compliance and risk management, corporate establishments and acquisitions, commercial negotiations and contracts.
