Lucas Leger Jonsson is a member of the firm’s practice groups for Corporate Commercial and for Mergers and Acquisitions. Lucas specializes in transaction and project related advice, especially in relation to international cooperation and investments in a broad sense, mergers and acquisitions, separations and carve-outs, strategic cooperation and operational agreements, and strategic advice in relation to sustainability, compliance, corporate investigations and risk/crisis management. Lucas is active in the firm’s practice for international trade, and often assists clients in matters related to foreign direct investment screening and national security.
Lucas provides on a regular basis strategic advice to the firm’s clients with business in and exposure to challenging markets. Lucas also has a special competence in advising businesses in China and the rest of Asia, and in transactions and investments with Chinese and other Asian parties. During 2014-2020, Lucas was heading the firm’s operations in Asia as resident partner at the firm’s office in Shanghai.
