Physical and mental wellbeing are closely connected. In 2022, we launched MSA Wellness – the firm’s concept to encourage an active lifestyle. We offer regular workout classes as well as wellness seminars, sports and opportunities to try new forms of exercise. All to inspire a healthier lifestyle and promote wellbeing and physical activity both at work and in our free time.
