Max Karlsson is active in Mannheimer Swartling’s EU and Competition Law practice group. He represents clients in various matters related to EU and competition law, at Swedish and European authorities and courts. Max is particularly experienced in mergers and acquisitions, including notifications of complex and multinational transactions to competition authorities, competition law compliance, commercial agreements and government investigations. Max also represents clients in regulatory matters related to foreign direct investments.
