GDL Transport Holding divests GDL Anläggning & Miljö

GDL Transport Holding AB, part of the Danish DSV Miljø Group A/S, divests its majority-owned subsidiary GDL Anläggning & Miljö AB to a wholly-owned subsidiary of the German group Mutares SE & Co. KGaA.

GDL Anläggning & Miljö AB, with approximately 60 employees across 16 locations in Sweden, has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 1 billion. GDL Anläggning & Miljö AB is a modern and environmentally conscious company, active in the environmental and recycling segment, transportation and ballast and machine rental. GDL Anläggning & Miljö AB offers its services through an extensive network of subcontractors. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2025.
