Erlandsson group divests majority stake in Brion Group
The Erlandsson group divests its majority shareholding in Brion Group AB, a leading provider of technical services and installation solutions, to Builtech Holding GmbH, a German provider of turnkey installations and technical construction services. The acquisition includes the subsidiaries Brion Invest AB, Nytorp Energy Group AB, UTK Activ El AB and Trafiksystem Väst AB.
The acquisition marks Builtech’s entry into the Nordic market, and Brion Group AB will be an important part of Builtech’s expansion and investments in the Swedish and neighbouring markets.
The current management team of Brion Group AB and its subsidiaries will reinvest in the company and continue to manage the operational business after the transaction.
