Malmberg Water becomes part of ELIQUO

ELIQUO WATER GROUP, a leading expert in municipal water and wastewater treatment in Europe, acquires Malmberg Water AB through its subsidiary Enwa AS. Malmberg Water AB, a clean-tech company focused on water treatment, is based in Yngsjö and Lund, Sweden.

ELIQUO WATER GROUP was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
