GDL Transport Holding divests GDL
GDL Transport Holding AB, part of the Danish DSV Miljø Group A/S, divests its majority ownership in the logistics and transport company GDL AB to the Danish logistics group TA-Logistics A/S.
GDL AB, with approximately 300 employees across 12 terminals in southern and central Sweden, has an annual turnover of approximately SEK 2 billion. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and is expected to close in the first quarter of 2025.
