Solix acquires ANCS from Wärtsilä

We have represented Solix Group AB in its acquisition of Wärtsilä’s Automation, Navigation and Control System (ANCS) business. ANCS is a global leader in marine navigation and automation technologies, offering innovative solutions such as integrated navigation systems, advanced sensors, and dynamic positioning systems. The acquisition is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2025.
