Kristoffer Löf delar ordförandeskapet i byråns verksamhetsgrupp för Tvistlösning. Han ingår även i byråns branschgrupper för Energi/Naturresurser och Infrastruktur/Entreprenad. Han är specialiserad på tvistlösning och bistår klienter i alla faser av en tvist – från tidiga processlägesbedömningar och framställande av krav, till förlikningsförhandlingar och förfaranden inför svenska domstolar och svenska och internationella skiljenämnder. Han har erfarenhet av tvister inom en rad områden rörande många olika branscher, bl.a. telekom, läkemedel, joint ventures, aktieägar- och samarbetsavtal, maskin- och systemleveranstvister, licensiering, agent- och återförsäljaravtal, M&A m.m., och med särskild tyngdpunkt på energi/olja & gas och entreprenadtvister. Utöver ombudsuppdrag sitter Kristoffer även som skiljeman i kommersiella tvister.
