Each year we offer 35 students the opportunity to join our Summer Trainee Programme to try out the role of a lawyer and work at one of the firm's offices in Sweden. Mannheimer Swartling Day
Are you curious about what we do and what it's like to be a business lawyer? Mannheimer Swartling Day is an event for all law students where we open our doors and give you an insight into our day-to-day work. Spend half a day with us and you will be given an introduction to our firm, featuring case studies presented by our lawyers and interesting lectures.
Swedish Legal Championships
The Swedish Legal Championships is a nationwide moot competition before a Swedish court. Law students from the Universities of Stockholm, Gothenburg, Uppsala, Örebro, Lund and Umeå are invited to take part. The competition is an excellent opportunity to gain court experience and demonstrate your knowledge. More about the Swedish Legal Championships.
Trainees in Brussels
Every year we offer trainee positions at our office in Brussels for students approaching the end of their studies, and for recent law graduates. As a trainee you can try out the role of an international business lawyer by working in our EU and Competition group in the capital city of European law. More about trainee positions in Brussels.
Every autumn and spring we hold events for the universities of Stockholm, Uppsala, Gothenburg, Lund, Umeå and Örebro. Events are held both at the universities and our offices. See our current events here.
Once a year we invite lawyers doing district court service to attend lectures, dinners and receptions at our offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. The aim of the District Court Clerk Evening is to get to know you better and to give you an insight into what it is like to work at Mannheimer Swartling.
International - Every autumn we go to London to meet Swedish law students studying at universities in and around London. We also offer study visits to our offices in Sweden for international law students.
Study Visits - We offer study visits for groups of law students through a variety of student associations and for students on secondary school courses with a law component.
