Henric is head of the firm’s Employment and Pensions practice group and has more than 20 years’ experience of providing complex employment law advice to Swedish and foreign employers within virtually all industry sectors. Henric’s work includes re-organizations, collective and individual dismissals, union negotiations, disputes, transaction related employment law, employment terms and conditions for senior executives, pensions, work environment (physical and psychosocial), discrimination and internal investigations. Henric is regularly engaged as lecturer within employment law in Sweden.
