Ström & Gulliksson joins the formation of a new European group of IP firms
Ström & Gulliksson, together with V.O. Patents & Trademarks, De Vries & Metman and Knijff Trademark Attorneys, is forming a new European group of IP firms to enable a broader service offering and strategic investments in technology and innovation. The group is partner-led and co-owned by the partners of the participating firms together with Consolid, which joins the group as an investor.
The group currently operates in the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and Sweden, with its headquarters in The Hague.
Mannheimer Swartling advised Ström & Gulliksson and its partners in the transaction. The firm’s team included Rickard Carrick, Henric Diefke, Niklas Hagbard, Jakob Wijkander, Per Åsbrink, Charlotte Demegård, Felicia Eckermann, Ludvig Forfang Righard, Madelén Gideonsson och Alexandra Groll.
