TripActions acquires Resia
TripActions acquires Resia AB, a leading Scandinavian corporate travel management company. Resia was established in 1974 and is headquartered in Gothenburg. Resia adds nearly 50 years of regional market expertise to the TripActions group and facilitates further growth in the Nordic region.
TripActions is the leading travel, corporate card and expense management platform and provides its services to more than 8,800 customers globally. In February 2022, TripActions acquired german-based Comtravo, which in turn is the TripActions subsidiary purchasing Resia AB.
