Altor acquires majority stake in Nordic Climate Group

Altor has acquired a majority stake in Nordic Climate Group from Capillar Equity.

Nordic Climate Group was formed as a group in May 2021 and has a turnover of approx. SEK 2.2 billion and employs more than 800 people. Nordic Climate Group has operations in Sweden and Norway and offers e.g. complex cooling solutions for the food and processing industry, cooling seawater systems and sustainable heating solutions such as commercial heating pump installations.

Altor was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
