Beijer Ref has completed a rights issue

Beijer Ref AB (publ) has completed a rights issue of approximately SEK 14 billion.

During March, Beijer Ref AB (publ) (“Beijer Ref”) has completed a rights issue of approximately SEK 14 billion in order to finance the acquisition of Heritage Distribution. The rights issue was oversubscribed and 99.7 per cent of the offered shares were subscribed for by exercise of subscription rights.

Beijer Ref is one of the largest refrigeration wholesalers in the world, and is represented in 43 countries in Europe, North America, Africa and the Asia-Pacific. Beijer Ref’s shares of series B are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm Large Cap.

Beijer Ref was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the rights issue.
