Glitter International AB acquires Safira Group AB

Glitter International AB, part of the Bergendahl Group, has acquired all shares in the e-commerce company Safira Group AB from Verdane Capital and other minority shareholders.

Glitter International AB, the parent company of the Glitter Group, offers a wide range of jewellery and accessories through 156 stores and e-commerce in the Nordic market. Safira is an e-commerce retailer engaged in the sale of jewellery and accessories and was founded in 2012 and has since 2017 been owned by Verdane, the founders and other co-investors.
