Simon Österlin is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s practice group for Corporate Taxation.
Simon assists clients in taxation matters as regards to income tax, VAT, and excise duties. Simon has extensive experience from advising in connection with fund establishments, M&A and real estate transactions, refinancings, restructurings, and incentive programs. He has particular experience from advising in the financial sector, which includes fund establishments and fund related questions, financing solutions, and insurance related questions. He also assists clients in correspondence with the Swedish Tax Agency, in tax litigations and advance tax rulings.
Simon also assists clients with matters as regards to tax strategy, governance and transparency, which include to develop and implement efficient and sustainable tax management.
