Infranode closes its second fund at over EUR 1.2 billion
Mannheimer Swartling has advised Infranode in connection with the structure, fund raising and establishment of their second investment fund, Infranode II, which recently closed at over EUR 1.2 billion.
Infranode II is a long-term infrastructure investment fund with a specific focus on the Nordic countries, investing in energy & utilities, renewables, digital infrastructure, transportation, and social infrastructure. Infranode II is backed by large Swedish and international investors. Infranode II is, as its predecessor fund, based on a Swedish AB-structure where the investors will invest through either principal-linked participating debentures or preference shares.
