Rozanna Sternad Fackel is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Corporate Commercial, IT/Tech and Intellectual Property practice groups. She advises clients on a wide range of national and international commercial matters and has experience in drafting and negotiating different types of commercial agreements. Furthermore, Rozanna regularly provides transactional advice in large and complex transactions.
Rozanna has particular expertise in security-related law and advising on critical operations. She has also advised clients in several large transactions on regulatory issues relating to foreign direct investments.
Previously, Rozanna worked in the firm’s practice group specialising in international trade law, in particular export controls and sanctions, customs law, anti-dumping investigations, and general import and export law.
