Nordic Capital acquires Flowa from Vestum

Nordic Capital has signed an agreement to acquire all shares in Flowa Technology AB (“Flowa”), a leading provider of engineered water infrastructure solutions in the UK and the Nordics, from Vestum AB (publ).

Operating through a group of specialist subsidiaries, Flowa provides advanced solutions, monitoring technology and engineering services that help improve critical water and wastewater infrastructure. The company specialises in temporary pumping, monitoring and control technology, water treatment and pumping station services for owners and operators of water and wastewater infrastructure.

Completion of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
