Sweco acquires Sitowise Sweden
Sweco has entered into an agreement to acquire Sitowise Sverige AB, a Swedish consulting company with approximately 250 experts across 15 locations in Sweden, specialising in buildings, installations, project management and transport infrastructure.
Sitowise Sverige AB is a subsidiary of the Finnish engineering and consulting group Sitowise Group Oyj and provides consulting services within structural engineering, installations, project management and transport infrastructure. The company also has a strong position within the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors. In 2025, Sitowise Sverige AB reported revenue of approximately SEK 296 million. The acquisition strengthens Sweco’s position as a leading technical consultancy within buildings and infrastructure in Sweden and enhances its nationwide presence.
