Lindab has entered into an agreement to acquire the Danish company Airmaster A/S, a leading manufacturer of products for decentralised ventilation. With Airmaster, Lindab lays the foundation for a new product area focusing on decentralised ventilation and becomes even stronger in smart products that reduce energy consumption while creating a healthy indoor climate.

An additional purchase price of a maximum of 400 MDKK (610 MSEK) may be paid based on the development of Airmaster’s earnings during 2024 and 2025. Closing is expected to take place during the first quarter of 2024, and is subject to approval by the relevant competition authorities.
