Carl Björk is a partner within the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice group, with extensive experience in national and international transactions, Carl advises sponsors and corporate clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and majority and minority investments across a range of industries. He also regularly acts for founders of growth companies, particularly those operating in the emerging technology space.
Carl is also a member of the firm’s Private Equity industry group and Restructuring and Insolvency practice group.
