Nordic Climate Group acquires Tim Kyla and Kylanläggningar i Norrköping and continues its expansion in the Nordic region
Nordic Climate Group, a leading provider of services for cooling, heating and efficient installations in the Nordic region, has acquired Tim Kyla (“TIMAB”) and Kylanläggningar i Norrköping (“KNAB”), thus further strengthening its position on the market.
TIMAB and KNAB are suppliers of heating and cooling services and operate in the Stockholm and Norrköping regions, respectively. Nordic Climate Group was advised by Mannheimer Swartling.
In addition, Nordic Climate Group has continued its expansion in other parts of the Nordic region through its acquisitions of Polar-Jäähdytys Oy in Finland, Viking Kulde AS and Winntech AS in Norway, and SA-AL Køleteknik ApS and PVN Køleteknik A/S in Denmark in respect of which Mannheimer Swartling advised on the reinvestment aspects.
