Andreas Zettergren is a partner at Mannheimer Swartling and a member of the firm’s Banking and Finance, Restructuring and Insolvency (Co-Chair), and Energy (Co-Chair) groups.
Andreas has a broad practice encompassing project, export and asset finance (including leasing), insolvency situations and distressed debt, as well as energy-related transactions, including the negotiation of electricity trading agreements and power purchase agreements.
Andreas leads the firm’s aviation practice and regularly advises companies and other participants in the aviation industry (including airlines, owners and financiers) on matters ranging from regulatory and licensing issues to disposals and acquisitions, as well as the financing of aircraft and other related assets.
