Frida Råhlander is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s EU and Competition Law practice group. She advises clients on matters relating to the prohibitions against anti-competitive agreements and abuse of dominance, among other things. Frida is particularly experienced in transactions, including notifications of complex transactions to competition authorities. She also advises clients on regulatory matters related to foreign direct investments and has handled a large number of notifications to the Swedish screening authority.
