Nordic Climate Group continues its expansion in the Nordic region and also acquires its first companies in the Netherlands

Nordic Climate Group, a leading provider of services for cooling, heating and energy efficient installations in the Nordic region, has acquired Frigotech Aktiebolag, thus further strengthening its position on the market. Frigotech is a supplier of heating and cooling services and operates in the Stockholm region. Nordic Climate Group was advised by Mannheimer Swartling.

In addition, Nordic Climate Group has continued its expansion in other parts of the Nordic region and in Europe through its acquisitions of Buus-Køle-Service ApS, Nordfrost Køleservice ApS and Findan Køle- og Elteknik A/S in Denmark, Reftec AS in Norway and Compair Airconditioning B.V. and T & S Klimaattechniek B.V. in the Netherlands, in respect of which Mannheimer Swartling advised on the reinvestment aspects.
