Accent Equity acquires a majority stake in Linotol and C Holmqvist Entreprenad

Accent Equity has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Linotol and C Holmqvist Entreprenad, both suppliers of industrial flooring, from their founders.

The founders together with key personnel in the businesses will reinvest in the companies. Closing of the transaction is expected during the summer of 2023 and is subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions.

Linotol is the market-leading supplier of industrial flooring solutions in Scandinavia with headquarters in Norrköping. C Holmqvist has a strong position in industrial flooring in southern Sweden. The companies provide property owners, developers and construction companies with flooring solutions mainly for logistics and industrial purposes. Together, the acquired businesses had a turnover of SEK 810 million in 2022.
