Mårten Nicolin is a Partner and member of Mannheimer Swartling’s practice group EU and Competition. He is a leading advisor on the competition law prohibitions against anti-competitive agreements and abuse of dominance and has extensive experience of assisting clients before courts and competition authorities in several complex high-profile antitrust cases. His expertise also includes, for example, merger control, state aid, and issues of constitutional EU law. He is a regular contributor to competition law publications and a frequent speaker in the field.

Mårten is based in Stockholm and a member of the Swedish Bar Association.
