Mannheimer Swartling elects four new partners

Mannheimer Swartling is pleased to announce the election of four new partners to the firm.

We are delighted to introduce our new partners Hanne Aarsheim, Mårten Nicolin, Albert Roos and Victor Sellin Karlsson. Their proven legal expertise and commitment to providing exceptional service make them invaluable assets to Mannheimer Swartling.

Newly elected partners

Hanne Aarsheim is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Dispute Resolution practice group and Shipping, Transport and Logistics industry group. She is based in the firm’s office in Gothenburg. Hanne’s practice includes all types of disputes with a special focus on international arbitrations and challenge proceedings. She also specialises in shipping and has extensive experience from different kinds of agreements such as shipbuilding contracts, joint venture agreements, conversion contracts, and ship sale and purchase contracts.

Hanne joined the firm in 2005. She is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and has an LL.M. from Lund University.

Mårten Nicolin is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s EU and Competition practice group and is based in the firm’s Stockholm office. His practice includes advising clients on anti-competitive agreements and abuse of dominance, merger control and state aid, as well as issues of general EU law. Mårten has extensive experience in representing clients before competition authorities and courts, and has acted as counsel in several of Sweden’s most high-profile competition cases.

Mårten joined the firm in 2010. He is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and has an LL.M. from Uppsala University.

Albert Roos is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice group and is based in the firm’s office in Stockholm. Albert specialises in complex structuring matters. He is also highly experienced across multiple industries and has worked extensively with M&A and structuring matters for startups, private equity, industrial, financial, and other Swedish and international clients, both in a Swedish and an international context.

Albert joined the firm in 2012. He is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and has an LL.M. and a BSc in Business Administration from Lund University.

Victor Sellin Karlsson is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Public M&A and Equity Capital Markets practice group and is based in the firm’s office in Stockholm. Victor specialises in securities law and works with all kinds of equity capital market transactions and public M&A. Victor also advises listed companies on corporate governance and information disclosure matters.

Victor joined the firm in 2015. He is a member of the Swedish Bar Association and has an LL.M. from Uppsala University.
