Emil Brengesjö specialises in intellectual property and marketing related disputes and regularly acts as counsel in the patent and market courts. Emil has a background in the firm’s dispute resolution practice group and has thus also experience as counsel in commercial arbitrations and litigations in a broad range of legal areas and industries.
Emil also works with complex agreements and large delivery projects related to intellectual property, IT/Tech and infrastructure.
