KRY acquires healthcare group Helsa

Digital healthcare provider KRY has merged with Swedish healthcare group Helsa, which operates 14 physical healthcare centers across five regions in Sweden. Helsa employ approximately 500 people who will become part of KRY in connection with the merger.

Mannheimer Swartling advised KRY on the transaction.
