Entercard divests loan portfolio to Ikano Bank

Entercard has entered into an agreement to divest the remaining part of its consumer loan portfolio to Ikano Bank.

The contractual amount of the loans was approximately SEK 7 billion as of 30 September 2026. The transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals and conditions and is expected to be completed during the first quarter of 2027.
