Belfor acquires Nordic group from Polaris
Belfor has acquired Nordic SSG Group A / S, a leading Nordic claims service group, from Polaris Private Equity.
The claims service group SSG Group was founded in Denmark and includes, among others, the Swedish subsidiaries EBE Gruppen and Ovento. SSG Group has under Polaris’ ownership made a number of acquisitions that have made them one of the leading suppliers of claims services in the Nordic region.
Belfor employs 11,100 people worldwide and has more than 40 years of experience in the entire value chain from damage stoppage to reconstruction.
