Technopolis divests office properties in Gothenburg
Technopolis divests its Ullevi campus in Gothenburg, with a total lettable area of approximately 28,500 square meters.
The properties, constructed in 1999 and 2004 respectively, comprise four connected buildings. The premises underwent an extensive refurbishment during 2020–2023. In addition to modern office space, the properties also include a restaurant, gym, conference facilities, and parking.
Technopolis was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in connection with the transaction. The firm’s team consisted primarily of Tomas Johansson, Charlotte Demegård, Clara Görrel, Julius Olesen and Hugo Sjölin.
