Volito Fastigheter AB acquires an office block in the central parts of Malmö

Volito has acquired the real properties Kronan 10 and 11 adjacent to the central station in Malmö. A comprehensive renovation is now underway, opening the entire office block to create a unique offering of centrally located workplaces.

Volito was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in connection with the transaction. The firm’s team consisted of Martin Andersén and Jonna Anderberg.
