Petter Westergren is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s Environment practice group and Energy sector group. He specializes in regulatory issues and large infrastructure projects in the energy sector, including offshore production and transmission of electricity and gas. Petter regularly advises clients in transactions and negotiations of inter alia electricity transmission and connection agreements. He has also several years’ experience of advising and lecturing in matters relating to international Energy- and Environmental Law.
