Martin Ericsson is a partner at Mannheimer Swartling and a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. His work within the Mergers and Acquisitions group covers matters for both industrial companies and private equity actors including share transfers, business transfers, investments, spin offs, due diligence, outsourcings and mergers. Martin Ericsson is also a member of the firm’s Corporate Commercial practice group since he advises several clients, with whom he has well-established working relations, on general company law matters. In this respect, Martin Ericsson advises clients on the review, drafting and negotiation of a range of different commercial agreements such as distribution agreements, joint venture agreements and supply agreements.
