Marcus Irajinia Berglie’s practice concentrates on international commercial arbitration, domestic and cross-border litigation, and corporate crime matters. He has represented client companies from a wide variety of industry sectors in SCC, ICC, and UNCITRAL arbitrations, including in emergency arbitral proceedings. Moreover, Marcus has notable experience from serving as counsel in major corporate accountability cases, conducting cross-border fraud recovery operations, and advising clients in relation to large-scale and complex corporate crime investigations, such as FCPA investigations conducted by the SEC and DOJ in the US.

Marcus currently serves as a member of ICDR Young & International’s Global Advisory Board, and as the President of Gothenburg Lawyers Club (Sw. Göteborgs Juristklubb). In addition, he teaches courses on corporate criminal law and litigation that form part of the firm’s internal training programme.
