Johan Granehult’s practice focuses on construction, real property and manufacturing industries. He advises clients on infrastructure projects and other large construction and industrial projects, real property matters and various contracts within the manufacturing industries. In recent years Johan has worked extensively with green industrial projects, including production plants for lithium-ion batteries, green steel, green fuel, recycling, etc. In these projects, Johan advises clients on land acquisitions, design and engineering agreements, construction agreements, process equipment supply agreements, offtake agreements and various cooperation agreements. Johan has extensive international experience and has worked for many years on projects in the Middle East, China, Russia and Western Europe.
