Erica Sandahl is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions practice group. She specialises in private M&A practice and company law and has experience from the firm’s banking and finance practice. Erica has a broad practice covering acquisitions and divestments, joint ventures, carve-outs and general corporate advice for industrial clients as well as financial investors. Erica also has in-house experience of M&A within the healthcare sector through a secondment.
