Accent Equity acquires a majority stake in Plockmatic Group

Accent Equity has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Plockmatic Group, a leader in the global market for printing and packaging finishing solutions, with Grimaldi Industri AB remaining as a co-investor.

The key management of Plockmatic Group will maintain their roles and participate in the investment alongside Accent Equity and Grimaldi Industri AB. Closing of the transaction took place in January 2024.

Plockmatic Group, with its headquarters in Stockholm and a strong international presence, including sales and production facilities across Europe and the USA, employs 320 individuals and generated revenues of ~SEK 700 million in 2023.
