Impilo acquires Decon

Impilo, an investment company focused solely on investments in Nordic companies operating in the pharmaceutical, medical technology, healthcare services and other health-related industries, has entered into an agreement to purchase all shares in Decon Wheel AB, a leading developer and producer of high-tech power add-ons that electrify manual wheelchairs.

Impilo is advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction.
