Christopher Stenberg is a member of Mannheimer Swartling’s practice group for Corporate Taxation. His practice covers a wide range of tax matters and he regularly assists clients across a broad range of industries in matters related to both income tax and VAT. He has, among other things, experience from advising in connection with M&A and real estate transactions, financings, complex restructurings, fund establishments and incentive programs. He also regularly assists clients in matters before the Swedish Tax Agency and in tax litigations.
