Åsa Waller is a partner in Mannheimer Swartling’s dispute resolution group and focuses on litigation and arbitration. She represents clients in court proceedings as well as domestic and international arbitrations and advises clients at all stages of a dispute. She has experience of disputes governed by a broad variety of substantive and procedural laws as well as by investment treaties. She has acted as counsel in arbitrations under the SCC, ICC, HKIAC, SIAC and UNCITRAL Rules. Åsa’s experience range from complex construction disputes to disputes over energy extraction and energy pricing, telecommunications, joint ventures, licenses and technology transfers. She has represented clients in arbitrations seated in a number of jurisdictions, including Sweden, Austria, Hong Kong and Singapore, and on matters originating in the Nordics, the CIS countries, the Mediterranean, China, the Middle East, and Africa. She is a member of the board of SWAN Swedish Women in Arbitration Network and is a frequent speaker at seminars and events related to international arbitration.
