Aleksander Ivarsson is a partner in Mannheimer Swartling and a member of the firm’s Public M&A and Equity Capital Markets practice group and is based in the firm’s Gothenburg office. He specialises in corporate law and securities law and works specifically with Swedish and cross-border public company transactions including public takeovers and mergers, and equity capital market transactions including IPOs, rights issues and other equity offerings. Aleksander also advises listed companies on corporate governance and disclosure matters.
