Singapore is an important global hub for business, major investments and dispute resolution.

Mannheimer Swartling’s office in Singapore focuses on international commercial and investment treaty arbitration in Asia and beyond. The office is next door to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). Singapore has in recent years seen a large increase in the number of international arbitrations, and our office is well placed to assist and represent clients in arbitrations in Singapore, Hong Kong, China and other jurisdictions in the region.

Mannheimer Swartling has over 80 lawyers specialising in dispute resolution, which makes our team one of the largest and most highly regarded in Northern Europe. Our ability to work seamlessly across jurisdictions and practice groups, combined with our local presence, enables us to provide our clients with top quality advice. The Singapore office is fully integrated with our dispute resolution group in Sweden, as well as the firm’s other practice groups. For complex major projects requiring local law advice, we have a well-established network of local law firms throughout Asia. Our office in Singapore also provides an opportunity for our lawyers to be seconded to Singapore for a certain period of time.
